What if my piece arrives damaged?
We take extra care in packing your orders safely, but if your item arrives damaged during the transit, we are happy to offer an exchange for the same item! (no refunds)
Crucial Requirements: To request an exchange, you must record a continuous unboxing video starting from the moment you open the sealed shipping package. This acts as our mutual proof. Without a complete, unedited unboxing video, we unfortunately cannot accept exchange requests.
